Vertical Maps is operated by GorillaPac AB, registered in Lidingö, Sweden ("we"). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these terms.
The service
We provide search and export of business listings compiled from open data and public records. Listings can be incomplete or out of date, and we do not guarantee that any contact detail is current or deliverable.
Credits and payment
- 1 credit exports 1 business. Credits do not expire. Re-exporting a business you already paid for is free.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
How you may use the data
- For your own prospecting, research and marketing, in line with the laws where you contact people, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and state privacy laws.
- You must honour opt-out requests from anyone you contact.
- You may not resell, republish or bulk-redistribute exports as a dataset, or use the service to build a competing database.
Accounts
We may suspend accounts that break these terms, scrape the service, or get repeated complaints from the businesses they contact.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
