GorillaPac AB, registered in Lidingö, Sweden, runs Vertical Maps and is responsible for the personal data described here. Questions go to hello@verticalmaps.co.

Our customers

When you create an account we store your email address, your credit balance and a record of your searches, exports and purchases. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. We use this data to run the service and bill you, and keep it while your account is open plus the period accounting law requires.

Businesses in our listings

Our listings describe businesses: names, addresses, categories and the public contact details a business publishes, taken from open data and public records (see data sources). Where a listing contains details that identify a person, such as an owner's email address, we process it on the basis of legitimate interest in business-to-business prospecting.

Any business or person can ask us to remove their listing through the removal form or by email. We act on requests straight away and keep a record so the listing stays out of future updates.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by emailing us. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority; in Sweden that is IMY.
